"Boysenberry and açaí berry fruit gives this a slightly exotic profile, but it's finely stitched with apple wood, sassafras and singed anise notes to keep it honest. The polished finish lets a chaparral note chime through the flashy fruit. This should have fans for sure. Drink now through 2036".
The combination of steady heat and well-drained clay loam soils in our Allomi Vineyard allows fruit to ripen evenly, gaining welcomed complexity and layers of flavor. On the nose, our Allomi Cabernet offers enticing aromas of currant, blackberry and elegant expressions of lavender. Juicy black fruit are met with plush, well-integrated tannins, espresso and a hint of oak spice.
Blend: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petite Sirah, 2% Merlot, 2% Petit Verdot, 1% Malbec
