The 2015 Carbone is generous and layered, with notes of red raspberry, baked bread, coffee bean and freshly dug earth. The wine is immediately accessible, but also has the structure and depth to improve over many years.
Blend: 47% Cabernet Franc, 41% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot, 6% Petit Verdot
A bigger and rounder red with a plum and berry character. Juicy, fruity and full-bodied. Lots of fruit. The second wine of Favia.
