Dark garnet velvet in color and texture, this Cabernet from Paso Robles highlights what the region is quickly being known for, those delicious Bordeaux grapes. Featuring rich dark fruits with notes of black cherry, blueberry, and spice, this full-bodied Cabernet showcases complex tannins and finishes with savory pepper spice and black currant from the Petit Verdot. Pairs extremely well with all red meats and game. Our favorite pairing is a blue-cheese encrusted bacon-wrapped filet mignon.

Daylight is the shared vision of two guys who had a dream of making wine and after some not-so-careful consideration, they pooled some money together and made it happen.
